Gaithers continued
Gaither's “Throw Your Heart Wide Open- Give It Away” Tour promises to be a great experience for all in attendance.
Joining Gaither for the upcoming stop in Glendale will be the Gaither Vocal Band; Ernie Haase & Signature Sound; Gordon Mote; Jeff & Sheri Easter; Lynda Randle; Ivan Parker; Russ Taff; The Isaacs; Mike Allen & Ben Speer. This collection of singers, musicians and comedians, have been honored with countless awards. These awards include: Grammy's, Doves, ASCAP's first-ever Songwriter of the Century Award and most recently, The NARAS President’s Merit Award and multiple 2005 Dove Award nominations.
Homecoming concerts have united fans world wide, year after year, with the classic and timely Gospel sounds of the Gaither phenomenon. “However it actually started with an impromptu taping in a Nashville studio in 1991,” says Bill Gaither. “The Gaither Vocal Band was wrapping up a recording session that included several legendary Southern Gospel music artists. After the session ended, the artists lingered and gathered around the piano, singing, swapping stories from the old days and sharing a few laughs and tears.” More than a decade later, Gaither will bring the classic sounds and entertainment with him on his 2007 tour stop at Jobing.com Arena
